Wonderer.

Welcome!
Wondering has always been at the heart of my work. I’m fascinated by how people learn, grow, and become. That curiosity has shaped my career as a coach, facilitator, researcher, writer, and university educator. While each role looks different on the surface, they’re all connected by a belief in the power of learning to help people think more deeply, grow with confidence, and navigate an increasingly complex world.
Today, much of my work is focused on preparing the next generation of leaders for this new world. Through coaching, facilitation, teaching, and research, I design learning experiences that help new and emerging leaders develop the confidence, capability, and courage to lead well.
Hi, I’m Lianne.
For a long time, I thought my career lacked focus.
I’ve led nonprofit organisations in two countries, taught at a number of universities, and spent the past decade coaching leaders, facilitating learning, and consulting with organisations across the nonprofit, public and private sectors.
Looking back, I can see I wasn’t changing direction.
I was simply following my curiosity.
That curiosity has become a lifelong inquiry into how people learn, lead, and become. Every role, organisation and conversation has offered a different perspective on those questions, and they continue to shape my work with leaders and organisations, my writing, and my research today.
